Hello, my name is Lisa. I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, with an MSc (Distinction) in Integrative psychotherapy, which I gained at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute with Staffordshire university. I offer psychotherapy and clinical supervision in a warm, honest, accepting and non-judgmental environment. I believe I am easy to get along with and embrace difference. I understand difficulties in relationships, relationship breakdowns, difficulties in childhood, stress and financial challenges, and have had much experience working with other difficulties in life as a healthcare professional.
As a health care professional I have worked in the NHS for over 20 years in varying roles that included management, associate lecturing, Adult safeguarding and teaching as a NMC registered general nurse. I have worked as an accredited therapist for five years in private practice and three years in the NHS in a mental health setting. I have a particular interest and experience in working with adults with early childhood trauma.
